1. Use of the App
FitCheck is an AI-powered application that analyzes outfits and provides style-related insights. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use FitCheck.
2. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
FitCheck may offer auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
All purchases are handled by Apple. FitCheck does not store or access your payment information.
4. AI-Generated Results
FitCheck uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and provide feedback.
Results are generated automatically and may not always be accurate
The app is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only
You should not rely solely on the app for important decisions
5. User Content
You may upload photos or other content to use the app.
By uploading content, you:
Grant FitCheck a limited license to process and analyze your content
Confirm that you have the rights to use and upload the content
We do not claim ownership of your content.
6. Privacy
Your use of FitCheck is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We may collect and process data such as:
Uploaded images
Account information (name, email)
This data is used to provide and improve the Service.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use the app for illegal or harmful activities
Upload content that violates laws or rights of others
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the app

All rights, title, and interest in FitCheck, including its design, features, and branding, are owned by us.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
FitCheck is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
Inaccuracies in AI-generated results
Any damages resulting from use of the app
